Here at Zenith Zinc Ltd we use a number of different types of roofing material on our projects. The selection of roofing material is based on a number of factors, such as; specific client requests, building type, style, location and budget. As the team at Zenith have seen over the past 25+ years in the roofing industry, using a wide range of metals on our projects has given us the opportunity to use a variation on materials while ensuring customer satisfaction is at our heart.

Zinc

Zinc roofing material is normally applied on roofs with unconventional shapes or requiring a modern look to either a new home or an older exterior. Zinc is a very flexible material for roofing and therefore allows our team at Zenith Zinc Ltd to adapt a project to this style of roofing. It is perfectly fit for round or spherical roofs where some other materials prove less flexible. A zinc roof has a unique appearance and they last particularly long without the need for ongoing maintenance. This type of material is recyclable and in the past you would normally see a Zinc roof on older buildings, however we have seen an increase in it’s popularity in the past few years.
